1. Invitation to Bid (ITB)
Our team begins by carefully reviewing the Invitation to Bid along with architectural plans, engineering specifications, and project requirements. This allows us to fully understand the scope of the aquatic facility and develop an accurate proposal that meets all regulatory and project expectations.
2. Engineering & Permitting
Once the project is awarded, we coordinate with architects, engineers, and general contractors to confirm the technical details of the design. Our team ensures the pool meets structural, hydraulic, and health department standards while securing all required permits and approvals before construction begins.
3. Pre-Construction Planning
Before breaking ground, we develop a detailed construction plan and coordinate schedules with other trades. This stage ensures materials are ordered, timelines are established, and the project is prepared to move forward efficiently.
4. Construction
With approvals in place, our team begins construction according to the project schedule. We work closely with the general contractor and other trades to keep the project on track while addressing any challenges that may arise during the build.
5. System Startup & Inspections
Once construction is complete, we coordinate required inspections and perform a full system startup. This includes equipment calibration, water chemistry balancing, circulation testing, and safety checks to ensure the pool operates efficiently and meets all regulatory requirements.
6. Pool School & Project Handoff
